 As a long time Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer, I’ve read just about every guideline written. For this reason, when a difficult loan is outside the box, I have ideas on how to use the guidelines to the borrower’s advantage for loan approval. Over 70% of our business is either vacation home buyers or investors that I never have an opportunity to meet. Being able to connect with these clients over the phone and via other electronic communications media is so very important to assure them you are abreast of new technology. My passion is working with “locals” who typically purchase during the summer off-season time. I take much pleasure in helping locals finally own a home in the town they choose to live and work in. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, travel, boating and especially cooking for friends.
