Jeff and Jennifer were the best !!!! They helped my boyfriend and I get our dream home on a budget we were comfortable with. We had several options in terms of loan and they were always available if we had any questions. Trust me, they would answer us at even 9pm !!! I would highly recommend them. Matt and his entire team were exceptional from start to finish. They were always keeping me in the loop with the progress of my mom's mortgage and couldn't be happier. Best part was they never said no. They always had an answer for whatever situation arose and with their list of mortgage options it felt like I was reading a menu at a diner. Thanks to the entire team that made my experience second to none. I wish more companies knew how to run a business in today's society.

I signed a purchase agreement on a new build home (won’t mention the builder but it rhymes with Lee bar blorton) and agreed to use their mortgage company in exchange for a 10k closing costs credit. I received a mortgage estimate from the company and I was blown away by how outrageous not only the interest was but closing costs as well. I called up Matt with PMC and within a day he had me pre-approved through a better program at a lower interest rate AND almost 25K in down payment assistance from the state. Matt and his team (chot’sani and Jaylin) worked tirelessly sometimes as late as 8/9PM on my file and would email/text me updates along the way. Jaylin even helped us find homeowners and flood insurance. Chot’sani was ruthless with the builder when they stopped communicating with us. (I think because we stopped using their mortgage company) I have since told everyone I know that is looking to buy a home to start with Matt & the PMC team. Matt & PMC saved us almost $500 a month compared to the builders estimates. I closed 3/4 months ago and still get emails from Matt & PMC checking in. Highly recommend this company & Matt. He gets deals done!!!!
